      Case Manager Interview

      27 July 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Endeavors

      Interview

This place was obnoxious enough to call me at 7pm local time to schedule an interview and start speaking to me in Spanish with no context as if they were starting off with a test -- I wasn't thrilled but I needed a job. The interview was standard and generic and people were pleasant enough but you got the impression they were doing a ton of interviews. After I waited over two weeks to do an hour-long interview, I proceeded to be ghosted. Wholly unimpressed.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Endeavors (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2025

      Interview

I met with the Case Manager Supervisor and a Case Manager. The interview was a list of questions. Some were what would you do if, and others what did you do when... It was in their office and was laid back.

      Case Manager Interview

      1 Sept 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Louisville, KY
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Endeavors (Louisville, KY) in Aug 2024

      Interview

The interview was done over teams with two interviewers, both were very kind. Questions were standard, questions would be asked, and a simple “thank you for answer” was all I got. No overall feedback during the interview, I asked a few questions relevant to the position and how the traveling aspect would be arranged. I got a call from the regional supervisor who asked me whether I would be willing to relocate, though I live in the area, it seemed this position required the candidate to be located in a specific state. I answered with it would depend on the overall offer and benefits package, also I needed to touch base with husband as we had recently gone through a big move less than a year prior. So relocating wouldn’t be an easy task specially with a pre-schooler. Supervisor asked how much time I thought I would need to relocate, so it seemed like they were looking to work with me. Main reason being they’ve been looking for someone for a bit and had had no luck. With the information she’d gathered she said HR would get in touch. As a self preservation tactic, I now read everything I can find on a company, without reading any reviews, then I come on here to Glassdoor and Indeed, I read reviews (good and bad). Boy was Endeavors on both ends of the spectrum, some claimed it was an awesome place to be and others threw the whole company under the bus. What I’ve noticed is when a company has such polar opposite reviews is because the company it self encourages current employees to leave positive reviews in order to bump their overall rating. I am NOT saying Endeavors does or encourages this, but in my own experience this is a trend that happens more often than not. I’ve had my own horror story with another company that sold me a position so well, I left a rather stable and good job, to take their offer. That company was smoke and mirrors, the deceit, backstabbing, lack of leadership and integrity, was something that left me in a bad mental state which took me over six months to overcome. I will never allow myself to have or be part of any company that does not care about their employees, specially, the ones out on the field doing and dealing with the hardest aspects of the overall process. It was a recent review left by someone that was part HR that did it for me. Her own experience resounded strongly with my experience in that company, amongst other reviews from 8 years back, they all coincided on a number of things. My conclusion I would need to drink the koolaid to make in this organization, thing is I koolaid, and no matter the amount of money I was offered I would not willing be a part of something that was morally questionable. I sent an email to the supervisor that interviewed me with a short and frank message, thanking them for the potential offer, but due to the reviews on the company and the need to relocate I would be withdrawing my candidacy. Just does to show hours necessary sites like these are needed to give us all a safe space to shield on own experiences. Always do your research, plan, and execute. Do not go into anything blindsided.
