I was introduced my a senior engineer from other company to this company. And immediately got a change of a phone interview. The hiring manager, a senior engineer interviewed me. They scanned my project experience, and asked my skills on some pretty frequently used transportation software, such as VISSIM, VISTRO, CORSIM, etc.
