The interview was very relaxed. There were alot of informal open-ended questions. Interview questions put an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. They were very friendly people that just wanted to help interns gain experience.

Fairly informal interview process. The hiring process is all automated in their HR office. In my case I interviewed twice with HR and then with management. After these I interviewed with their head of engineering in Stokesdale and Colfax.
