I applied for the role online and then had an Telephone interview with HR and face to face with the team leaders and senior management in the Lagos office. Asked about my academic as well as well professional experience . Telephone interview lasted about 30min and the face to face interview lasted for 1hr. At the last stage i was invited back for a one to one with the Senior management and they laid out in great detail what the role entails and what will be required of me
