I applied in-person. I interviewed at Energy Exemplar
Interview
Hard, more focused on Power System, Basic Mathematics, Electrical, Tell me about projects, Tell me how do you explain technical concepts to beginners. What makes you fit for this role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Energy Exemplar (Pune) in Nov 2025
Interview
misleading and unclear. they don't communicate anything clear and you have to constantly ping them for updates. also Referrals are prioritized or else you'll be left dry. Also they hire only from IITs and NITs so don't waste your time as they will never tell you sure and will be kept as a backup or standby
The interview was a friendly and insightful conversation where the interviewer walked me through the role, asked about my experience, and gave me a clear sense of the team and expectations.
