2 step interview before intensive training. Meeting with CEO/ sales director. He'll get to know you and then pitch why you should work there. The pay was over-estimated dramatically based on what the team was actually taking in each month.

Professional, Direct, Clear & Friendly. Great introduction about the company, the mission & responsibilities before questioning. Managers are open to questions, patient and clear with job descriptions and the company legitimacy.

Interview
There is an approximately 30 minute virtual interview first. If you're successful after the interview then there is a solar sales training quiz afterwards. There is some learning and preparation required for the quiz. Applicants must achieve a certain grade on the quiz for successful employment.

2 round virtual interviews with Sales and Management roughly 15 minutes each Common interview questions asked pretty typical; if prepared you will do well and move to the 2nd round interview fairly quickly Decision making within a week.
