Disappointing Interview Experience with interviewer from Product Development (Marketing team).
Recently, I gave an interview at Engin Technologies and a short heighted woman took my interview. My interview with her, representing Engin Technologies' product development team, was a revealing experience, to say the least. From the moment we began, it was clear that her agenda was far from welcoming new talent into the company.
Throughout the interview, she seemed disinterested in exploring my qualifications or potential fit for the role. Instead, she fixated on my history with Upwork, giving the impression that she was actively seeking reasons to reject candidates rather than embrace them. She doesn’t even know anything about B2B Lead Generation.
It became increasingly evident that her lack of enthusiasm wasn't just directed towards me but was characteristic of a broader disinterest in welcoming new team members. Her dismissive attitude and biased line of questioning painted a concerning picture of Engin Technologies' culture. I don’t recommend anyone working with her.

The interview was the most confusing interview I had ever witnessed.
The interviewer started praising himself with multiple after hearing what skills the interviewee had. He started making scenarios which were according to his projects and what troubles he was facing and the thing he wasn't able to solve in a month was asked for a solution to me in 2 minutes. The questions were being asked as if I was going to be hired as a Principal Software Engineer and I will be earning 300-350k. Asking their budget I got to know that their budget for a 2 year experienced person is 100-120K.
Advice to everyone to not go and interview there.
