Similar to another review. I had a phone screening and felt like he wanted me to ask specific questions based on straightforward information he provided about the company. When I followed up by asking questions about the team and where the company sees this position growing he answered with "I don't really know, you'd have to ask the people on the marketing team."
It felt as if the interviewer wasn't even listening to my answers as I'd give an example or explain something and he replied with, makes sense, cool and then proceed to ask a question to which I had just answered. It felt like he was unorganized, a bit all over the place and rushed.
Overall, I was really excited to interview for the role but it gave a bad impression on the overall culture of the company.

Complete waste of my time. I had a phone screen with Joe at Hotel Engine and he was probably the most disengaged interviewer that I've ever encountered. And I've encountered a LOT of them.
The interview felt extremely rushed and not conversational whatsoever. I also felt that he was not really listening to anything I was saying. For example, I would say something pertaining to my background or experience and then less than five minutes later, he would ask me a question that I literally just answered when I was speaking previously.
Every single response following my answers was, "That makes sense", and then he went on to the next question. At least try to act interested. Overall, it gave a really bad first impression of the company and I'm glad to not be continuing in the interview process.
