The overall interview process was pleasant. A phone interview with HR director who went over the job description and get to know the candidate. Follow-up interview (EGP bought an airplane ticket to flight me in for the interview since I was out of town) went fine with three individual persons (HR Director, Accountant (functional manager "a little strange", and the IT contractor). Interviews were all 1:1 with focus on 5 years plan, how to keep yourself motivated, organizational. The technical interview was not much, IT contractor was just basically review your resume so if you know something, definitely list it in there.
