I went through a multistep interview process: phone screening, in-person interview, and final interview via zoom. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly transparent and provided a lot of information. I ultimately decided not to accept the offer based solely off of pay structure. However, they made an incredible impression and if it worked out in the future I'd be happy to work for Enhabit.

Interview
The direcotr of business development reached out to me after seeing a post that I was looking for a new role on LinkedIn. He had a "short" phone call with me to discuss the role which led to an hour long conversation and was very conversational. He invited me to lunch with himself and another rep. The lunch was super informative and again very conversational. I was offered the job a week later!

Interview
The interview process was thorough but efficient. There was one in person meet with the rest virtual. The process was very transparent and there was ample opportunity to meet other staff and address all questions.
