I applied in-person. I interviewed at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice
Interview
I applied on line. I was called in for an intervies. then called in for a second interview. During second interview, there was the manager and director of nursing process. I was then brought in for a series of tests. The final step was riding with a preceptor that had a check list of my performances.
Easy. Informal. Interesting. Friendly. Informative. Went really well. They provided a pizza gathering and had a great team ready to meet you. I felt comfortable and easy going. Very nice people.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Nov 2016
Interview
I received a call to interview within a few days. The interview was laid back and easy. The branch director was to the point, but in an easy-going way. She explained some policies and how their home health was organized.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What draws you to home health? Are you comfortable going into people's homes? Can you draw blood? Can you give infusions?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice (Chattanooga, TN) in Sept 2016
Interview
It was not professional. I was asked if I planned on getting pregnant and this is illegal and when I did not answer this question the interview was pretty much over. Would not like to work here. Management bragged about themselves in the interview "I am a very good boss". We expect a lot from our employees and we need them to be on-call up to 12 days a month.
