Interview was great, got to ask questions about what benefits,PTO, productivity. Not stressful, made me comfortable. The interviewer was kind enough to answer my myriad questions and allow me to email them with any follow up questions. Next day received offer and accepted.

The hiring process was efficient and appeared to be a supportive, encouraging environment with reasonable work demands, however soon after I was hired the hr representative and the local head of the agency changed, and the new boss was punitive and not supportive at all of staff.
