Worst HR experience... HR called me on Thursday and Schedule interview on coming Monday, But the interviewer did not get in touch with me on scheduled time not even informed me about any delay.. I mailed many times for rescheduling but not good response by HR.. Then lastly somehow HR reschedule it and it happened after almost a month.. Interviewer asked nothing such like technical just previous experience and work roles.. And said that HR will do the onboarding process... But again worst of worst , no communication from her side and after serval mails from me, she said your profile has been parked due to over experience in other field... Don't she went through my CV before scheduling my interview... GOD knows but worst experience.. my personal suggestions is not to go for this company.. try something different..

Interview Process took 1 Day. Technical interview followed by HR round. Technical interview was very easy. They just ask AppD Architecture,HA basics and Data collectors. ESS is having 3 Years bond for freshers and 2 Years for Experienced level. Before giving any offer they ask for last 2 salary slips along with last compensation letter. You can expect only 20% hike on your current CTC. In my case they also reduce my basic salary and added some other allowances to provide 20% hike. With respect to my interview experience, I suggest not to go for interview.
