I'm sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience once you reached the Hiring Manager. We have since held coaching sessions with this Hiring Manager to ensure we look to improve the experience for future candidates they interview with, as we grow globally.
On some occasions, we do need to switch interview stages around, in order to accommodate diary clashes with key stakeholders, as was the case for you. Our different panel interviewers have a set list of attributes and qualities they are screening for at their allocated stage- so your interviewing experience should not have been compromised by this schedule change. However, if you feel it was compromised, please accept our sincere apology for this.
