If you put that you have full availability they will call you for a phone interview. Once you complete the phone interview you will have an in person interview where you will do an art test and paint on your arm. If you have tattoos or piercings you are automatically disqualified, they do discriminate.

Phone interview first. If you have full time availability you will likely get an interview. At the interview they will ask you to paint on your hand and a piece of paper. They are very basic designs. Then the hiring manager will ask you a few questions. As far as I can tell as long as you don't have visible tattoos and are nice the job is as good as yours.
