Have a 3 stages of interview session. from HR, Manager Production Planning and Managing Director. I have been done 2 times to come for interview session. IQ test, personality and skills ability with HR. Presentation regarding process planning with Manager and coordinator Production planning. Last meeting and introduction with Managing Director.
