I originally applied for the overnight (early morning) loan processing role and completed the phone interview for this position and the recruiter invited me onsite for a face to face with her as well as a computer based assessment. During the face to face with the recruiter she explained that my background was more aligned with sales so she decided to move forward with me for the AST (Sales) rep position instead. After the face to face with the recruiter she scheduled me to come back in three days to meet with the Section Manager(s). For this interview I met with one Section Manager II and a Section Manager I for a 2 on 1 interview and they asked basic questions and then allowed me to do a job shadow with a current rep. After this interview I was then scheduled to come back the next day for a final meet and greet interview with the Department Manager which was more informal and basically getting to know each other. About a week later I got the call from the recruiter offering me the position.
