There was a phone screen, virtual case interview, and in personal technical, behavioral, and exec interview. I got an email asking if I’d be able to speak in 2 hours for the phone screen and then at the end of it I was told I’d be moved to the case interview. However over a week went by before I heard anything so I assumed they had changed their minds. Then I, finally, got an email asking to schedule the case interview. After that I didn’t hear back for another week so I assumed I hadn’t passed through but finally got an email asking me to come in person for the final round. I submitted my availability at the beginning of the day but didn’t get confirmation until EOD that my interview would be at noon the following day, giving me less that 24 hours to prep. I went in and it was pretty organized, everyone I met with was super friendly and asked thought provoking questions. Before my exec interview the person doing my behavioral went into the hall to give the exec a recap and I could hear everything they were saying about me- nothing terrible but still don’t think it’s best practice. At the end of the exec interview he had said I would hear back within the next few days with their decision. However, it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I’m assuming this means I didn’t get the offer but with how things were run in the previous steps you never know if you’ll hear back in a couple more weeks. The work seemed interesting and I really enjoyed the case/technical questions. The people leading those interviews were super friendly and helpful in providing guidance as you thought through the problem. I’ve been wanting to get into a more analytical role but haven’t had as much experience with SQL as most companies require for those types of roles. Those that I talked to at Enova were more concerned that you have the analytical thought process down and understood the tools could be taught which I really appreciated. Again, the people were great and the office was pretty cool but I wish there was more of an emphasis put on communication. I was in various interview cycles at the same time so I quickly deprioritized my interest in this role after not hearing back in a timely manner. Also an official email rejecting me would’ve been nice since a few weeks between emails was normal for them I didn’t know whether I’d be hearing back or not.
