I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enquire Solutions in Feb 2023
Interview
The first call was with a senior sales representative. It was very quick and more causal. The second-round interview was far more intense with a member of the board. It was rapid fire questions on a 30 minute Zoom call. I felt like the board member didn't value a non traditional background as much as the first gentleman did. I got the impression that the board member enjoyed making someone feel small. Additionally, there was zero follow up, even after several thank you emails and prompting from my end.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enquire Solutions (Denver, CO) in July 2018
Interview
I had a thirty minute phone interview with Charles for a Regional Sales Associate position that resulted in another phone interview because we ran short on time. A few days prior he called me back and said that another manager (Brandon) is starting a new team and his job might be a better fit, so I should meet with both of them. When I came in I met with both managers, they described both positions, and left it up to me to decide which one I wanted to apply for. I was impressed that they were working so well as a team and agreed that Brandon's position was a better fit (farmer as opposed to hunter). The next day I sent them both a thank-you on Linkedin and two days after I was offered the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enquire Solutions in June 2018
Interview
Straightforward and didn't drag on the interview process. My interviewees made me feel right at home and asked me questions about my background and what I could bring to the position.
