I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ensurge (San Jose, CA) in July 2017

Outside recruiter Then video with CEO who is in Oslo Then f2f with every executive Complete misalignment with the job requirements between the CEO and his staff. Showed a poorly communicating and highly dysfunctional executive team.
