Firstly a phone interview with basic questions about your experience and why you want the job. The second interview is more in depth, mainly focused about what you know about the company (read up on marketing etc). And there is a simple math test at the start. If you are successful you'll get invited to a chat/trial following the interview to discuss the job further and see if its a good fit.
