I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Entangled Solutions (San Francisco, CA) in June 2019
Interview
Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn saying I could be a good fit for the Case Team Leader role given my experience. After I was interviewed with multiple people, did a test task, gave a presentation in their office. Then I was rejected because of "lack of expertise/experience," which left me puzzled and unconvinced - why reached out to me in the first place and made me go through so many processes - fishing ideas?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Entangled Solutions
Interview
Rigorous yet smooth process. I had a 30-minute screening phone call, after which I was asked to complete a test task and pass along a couple of writing samples. After submitting the test task and requested writing samples, I came in for a few different on-site interviews.
Overall a very smooth and reasonable process. I found the company to be highly responsive when I had follow-up questions about the test task and other process questions. The interviews were tough but not stressful - had a great experience meeting some of the team.

Lots of questions around prior work experience and examples of different types of situations / how I responded to those.
