First Interview: The hiring manager conducted an initial meeting focused on my background and expertise, with limited time for my questions.
Panel Interview: The panel consisted of three people, including the hiring manager, and focused almost exclusively on behavioral questions. Limited time was leftover for my questions. I walked away feeling I had a great interview. I was told I would hear back in a few weeks, but possibly sooner. Thank you notes were sent.
Follow-Up: Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response from the recruiter when I asked for additional clarity on the timeline.
Outcome: The job was re-posted and I never heard back from anyone. Tremendous waste of time.
