The interview process isn't appropriately designed. They will first conduct one round of interview, ask you to wait for indefinte period of time. Then suddenly, after a month, they will reach out to you saying that there are 4 more rounds of interviews. After scheduling these 4 rounds, suddenly they will consolidate one of the rounds and make the count 3. You appear for the 3 rounds and then wait for the feedback. Again, after two more weeks, you will receive a call stating that there are 2 more rounds (F to F) and a virtual one. You again appear for these 2 rounds making the total count of interviews to hit 6. After that you wait for an indefinite period of time to get a feedback. For me, out of many candidates, only 5 were shortlisted for the 2th to 4th rounds out of which only 2 including me were selected to appear for the 5th and 6th rounds. It has been >90 days that Entegris is still not sure whom to select! This is ultimately and aggressively disappointing. I would not recommend to go for interviews with this organization as it ultimately leads to sheer disappointment, wastage of time and effort you put in for those interviews.

HR screening (really liked their HR, I usually don't), short chat with hiring manager, then the gauntlet of panel interviews. Tone went directions that made me wonder what the desired outcome was. Not my kind of environment.

Interview
HR, then hiring manager for 30 minute initial with no structure. They tried to use "squeeze the tomato" questions. The he problem was there were over 25 million worth of projects on my resume which made me think "they didn't pay attention to details at all". Which made me go "why would I pay attention to detail for these people?". I asked that, and didn't get a good answer. I had a job offer in hand to continue my work from the DoD for more pay and less hours, so I bailed. I ended up using the experience to writing a brief for Goldman Sachs about their lack of plans to move into quantum physics for 3k, then got hired by a research company that knew me from the DoD.
