I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Entelo (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
The interview process was really extensive - you start with a phone screen with recruiter, then hiring manager, then invite to go onsite to interview with the rest of the team. Once you pass, then you're asked to do a 30-minute presentation and present to the team. After that, you have a final round phone conversation with the CEO. Although the process was long and difficult, it was incredible useful in terms of understanding the role, what the team culture/environment is like, as well as getting to know the people there. Overall it was a great interview experience!

Interview
After applying online, I had two initial phone calls with the hiring manager and a VP. After speaking with them, I came in to meet with the hiring manager. After that I came in a second time to meet the team I would be working on. And after that, I came in one more time to meet the CEO. A little redundant to come in so many times but well worth it to ensure I was a fit for the team.

Question 1
Are you comfortable working with other departments within an organization?
Thanks for the feedback. We strive to keep the number of times a candidate has to come on site to a minimum. Sounds like we could have done your interviews in 2 rounds but so glad to hear you felt the meeting our CEO, Jon, was worth that time.
