Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision?
Phone interview then met with the area manager. The interview process is about an hour and a half long . The first hour consist of a on site tour and seeing exactly what the other employees do on a day to day basis. Then the next 45 minutes is the actually interview with the area manager.
