Initial call with the recruiter was great. 15 minutes so a little short, but felt I had a strong enough understanding to move forward with the process. All of my questions about the position were answered, and I felt like I was a good fit based on the description I received.

The interview process was straightforward. The team was nice but lacked design leadership. One of the interviewers called in from a pool. After 5 rounds of interviews, I was ghosted. After this many hours invested, the recruiter could have at least followed up or offered feedback.
