I applied online and was contacted by an HR rep who was friendly and helpful. There were two phone interviews and 1 face to face interview with a panel. You were given a series of tests in their office directly before the face to face interview. I found this odd and unnecessary as other companies I have interviewed with included these tests before the face to face.The tests consisted of a personality test, motivation test, and math IQ test. The panel interview gave conflicting information compared to the HR phone interview and it seemed like no one read the notes from the phone interview or reviewed my resume. They are NOT looking for experienced sales people who have had prior career success in the B2B field. This is an entry level position that will train you. They are not looking for honesty, just someone who will say yes. Unfortunately this was a complete waste of time for me. The hiring manager and HR really need to review this job and determine what they truly want in a candidate. The people were nice but it left a bad taste in my mouth from a company standpoint.
