I received a call after appliying on-line from their Recruiter, who asked the normal questions about my experience, and availability to start right away. I answered her questions and the Recruiter said she would get back to me with a date for my interview as well as directions and instructions about getting to their Offices, which are located inside Walt Disney World. She did call back (Day 2) and asked if I come in later the second day and I said yes. She said she would email me the instructions and directions shortly. After more than 5 hours of waiting for this information, I called the Recruiter's number and got a voicemail that said she was gone for the day and could be contacted the following day. I called the next day (Day 3) and she insisted she had sent the email, but she could not find a record of it...Long story Short - she "re-sent" it and I went in for the interview on Day 3. Upon Arrival, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, before the young 20+ y/o manager (who had walked pass me several times, before acknowledging he was the manager I would be speaking with), approached me and said he was very busy and would be with me shortly. When he finally decided to stop and interview me, it seemed to be an inconvenience for him. Yes, I am over 55 and felt he had already made up his mind before the interview. Having over 35 years Customer Service experience, I understood the business, but from his mannerisms, sensed I was not what he was looking for. After the Interview, he said they would let me know of his decision atthe end of the week. I never heard from them until I called back to find out if the position had been filled, and was told it was.
