The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Diego, CA) in July 2011
Interview
I first received a phone call a few days after I had submitted my resume and they called to set up an interview. About 45 minutes prior to my first interview they cancelled on me and rescheduled for a couple days later. I was interviewed by two managers and after the interview they offered me the position. They then took me on a tour of where I would be working.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (London Colney, England)
Interview
Easy interview, declined offer after reading bad reviews. Do your research to make sure you know company values as those were asked about. Managers seemed nice enough, but mention long hours and lack of work life balance.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The team communicated clearly with me about the time and location in advance, which helped me feel prepared. During the interview itself, the questions were thoughtful and relevant, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience. The interviewers were personable and made an effort to create a comfortable atmosphere, which made the conversation flow naturally. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt confident throughout the process.
