The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2012
Interview
I was told that they usually go through their recruiting manager for the first interview but I went straight to the Area Manager (usually the second interview). He asked a ton of questions about my past work experiences and times when I had to overcome a disgruntled customer. Usual interview stuff. There was nothing asked that caught me off guard or really made me think hard about how to answer. The office environment was relaxed, the employees seemed to get along well. I think that due to the asked-for detail of the interview it did last longer than a usual interview for me. It was about an hour. What did surprise me was that the next stage of the interview would involve me staying at a location to observe the usual functions of the office. They would have asked me to stay there for a few hours. This was a new thing to me.
