I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2011
Interview
I applied online that afternoon I received a call from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. We scheduled it for the next day and it only took about 5 minutes. She asked about sales and customer service experience and then asked to come in for a face to face interview with her. The interview took place the next week and lasted about a half an hour. It mostly consisted of behavioral based questions that related to past experiences in sales and customer service. The interview went well and she told me I would be invited back for the next interview with the area manager as well as the branch manager. This interview took about an hour and was basically a continuation of the first interview with the recruiter. I was told I had and done well and that I would more than likely be called back to meet with the regional vice president for a 1-1 interview. This interview lasted about an hour as well but consisted more questions about what motivates me rather than behavior based questions. I asked him after the interview if he thought I was a good fit and he said yes but I had to pass the background check and verification of credentials. Everyone I interviewed with seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. They were all pleasant, helpful and professional. They are looking for motivated people who want promotions, awards and recognition. if you are hungry to get to the top, this will be your greatest attribute during the interview process.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
