The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2010
Interview
3 step process- As long as you show enthusiasm, willingness to learn, competitive spirit and leadership ability you're in with a good chance.
1st: Recruiter
Basic questions about your background. Sales background is preferred. Typical Q: What do you think is important in the sales process.
2nd: In branch shadow and Area Manager Interview
Observe how the branch operates and then a more thorough interview about your background and resume. (explain what you observed and learnt from being at the branch)
3rd: Interview with the VP
Most important thing: Close at the end. Saying you want the job.

Question 1
Is there an associate that said something negative about the company?
Was rather bland, was only a few questions over the phone. Didn't really ask me much about my skills and abilities relative to my major, all they seemed to care about was if I was going to make the company money.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cranford, NJ) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interviewer asked a lot of basic questions about your knowledge of the company, personal back round, and basic customer service questions. A lot of situational questions to see how you would handle certain situations.

Question 1
Unexpected question was who do you admire and why? I found that to be a little out of the ordinary but it made for good conversation.
