I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Savannah, GA) in July 2012
Interview
Was first contacted by HR recruiter and was asked a few simple questions on the phone (how I learned about the job, told me the salary, amount of hours). Set up a face-to-face interview with recruiter for the next week. That interview was difficult, as it was my first one, was emailed a few days later saying "you did not meet one or more of the minimum qualifications for the position as stated below." The qualifications that were listed are the ones on the application like 18 or older, bachelor's degree, etc, so I thought I received the email by mistake. Turns out the recruiter didn't mean to send it and instead meant to send the background check email. Passed the background check, then set up the next interview which was with area manager and branch manager. That interview was much better and I left feeling confident and positive that I'd get another call. Instead, got an email saying they would go with other candidates.
Overall it was a good learning experience. Make sure to let them know that you see yourself being with the company for a long time, you want a career in sales, and be ready to give examples of how you are a leader and that you're good at sales/customer service.
Interview questions [5]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. (Was asked this at the beginning of both interviews)
Weakness, specific time you dealt with a difficult customer, time when you went above and beyond for a customer, best sale, strategy behind selling, time when you had to deal with objections while selling, hardest job you've had, best team accomplishment, how you've motivated someone in a group, where you saw yourself in 3-5 years
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Question 1
What is something you have done in your personal life to improve yourself?
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to overcome adversity.
What do you think is the most important part of sales?
Why Enterprise?
