I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Phoenix, AZ) in July 2012
Interview
I applied for the position and received a call from a recruiter the very next day. This was a typical phone screening, and she was gracious enough to tell me about the typical hours (49 per week) and the beginning pay (about $33000 per year). We then proceeded to schedule the first interview. When I got there, they set me up in a small room to watch a 15min promo video, after which I went to the interview. This consisted of typical behavioral/situational questions such as "Tell me about a time when you convinced a customer to buy something they didn't necessarily come looking for." After I answered all her questions she proceeded to schedule me for the second interview. The second interview was a two hour session, with the first hour being an observation of the operations of a typical branch. The second hour was a similar behavioral interview with an Assistant Manager and a Branch Manager. The focus was on establishing that you had what it takes to meet their minimum requirements to be considered for promotion. That afternoon after my interview, I received a call from my recruiter who asked how the interview went and then said that I had been invited for the third (and final) interview, with the Area Manager. This interview was more of the traditional interview where they wanted to get to know my goals and interests as well as why I wanted to work sales. Overall, it's a fairly exhausting but manageable interview process.
My only mistake, which I suspect is the reason I didn't get an offer, was telling them that I wanted to work in sales but had also applied to marketing positions. This made them question my desire to work in a sales environment when my most previous experience was also in an office environment.

Tell us about a time you were in a competitive environment.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
