I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2010
Interview
4 interviews starts with a phone screening, then a face to face with an HR person, then meet with an Area Manager where they after send you to a branch to do an observation (where the real interview actually happes so stay attentive and ask questions) then a finale interview with a City Manager, whole process took about 2 weeks

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
