I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cedar Falls, IA) in May 2009
Interview
The interview process is very typical of a sales and customer service job. A lot of situational questions asking you to describe times in your past when you encountered specific issues, and how you handled them... Pretty easy if you haven't been living in a cave, had a job or played on a sports team. Also, ERAC only hires people with similar personalities, so try and be outgoing...

Interview
Detailed discussion and interview process. A few rounds meeting the team and explaining the process of the branch. They try to understand how you work and what drives you to see if you are decent fit
3 part interview. First on the phone, second is an observation and third is the final interview. Very easy if you commit to it. Just read the description of the role and cater your answers around that
