It is a pretty agressive interview process. There are 3 interviews, usually with a recruiter and 2 members of upper management, which also includes a branch observation. The focus is on sales, service, and overall commitment. Career-minded people need only apply, because so much time and money is spent on training. They want to know that you are in it for the "long haul". Enterprise is a performance-based company and they want to see that you have a commitment to driving the business. The more you exemplify this idea, the more likely that you will be hired. When you are in your interview, you want to show confidence in yourself and your abilities, demonstrate your determination to grow your own personal brand, and use your experience, knowledge, and creativity to continue to make Enterprise the #1 rent-a-car company. Your interviewers will ask you some tough questions, and will want you to give specific examples of how you were able to overcome difficult situations, customer complaints, etc. They will want to know about how you believe that you will be able to make an impact, and that you are committed to helping grow your branch and the company. They want you to be able to show that you are a strong leader, a strong sales person, a strong customer-service person, a strong manager, and a strong advocate to helping others. The ability to market yourself as these things will allow you to get through the interview process smoothly. Good luck!!!! Working for Enterprise is an awesome experience, and if you are up for the challenge, then come join us.
