I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Wilton, CT) in Dec 2012
Interview
I'm writing this in hopes it will help others looking for a similar position. I just finished with the initial phone interview so I can only offer help with that. Like what others have said its a basic interview which last about ten minutes. Started off with do I have a valid drivers license and what my driving record was. Next was why I wanted to work for enterprise. All of which I was expecting. Then they threw me for a loop. Questions I thought would be asked during the second interview according to some other reviews were asked during this first phone interview. The recruiter asked about 7-8 accounting questions regarding debits and credits. Obviously being an accounting major I should have had these in the bag but with no work experience in acc and being out of school for more than a year, I was a bit rusty so be prepared!! He then asked some situational questions like how did I deal with an irate customer while still having great customer service. Some other questions were name 3/4 words I would use to describe myself and why should the company choose me over other applicants. Again this is from the first phone interview which I just finished today and I'm waiting for a call back. Good luck to whomever reads this and remember these questions aren't guaranteed to be asked.

Question 1
I wasn't prepared for the numerous accounting questions he asked based on some other reviews on this site. Thought they would be for the second interview so I didn't study up on the basics of debits and credits. :(
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Ramon, CA)
Interview
The first-round interview went really well. She was very nice and professional, which made the conversation feel comfortable and natural. I wasn’t stressed, and I felt confident discussing my background. She asked thoughtful questions about how the company operates and my potential future there, which made the discussion engaging and insightful.
This was a phone screen interview. Pretty standard and what you would expect. Gave more details about the position and asked me a few questions. That is all I have to say
