First interview lasted about 30 mins with the talent acquisition recruiter she was really nice and asked pretty much standards questions using the S-T-A-R method!!! 2nd interview was a week after that with the Area manager same thing S-T-A-R method that one lasted about a hour and 15 mins and last interview was with the Branch Manager basically at this point they just want to see if Manager and yourself are going to be a good fit to work together!!!

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
