I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I have gone through the phone screening. Basically I was asked about my current position and what's my day looks like, how much I am currently making and what would be my expected salary. Then he asked me that this position involves numbers and math in a great deal. He then gave me 3 simple math questions which I got them all. The next day I got a call from him for an assessment test which will be an hour and half long test. The test is next week. Did anybody go through that test? Any tips will be really appreciated.

Asking about my current salary on the first interview was unexpected.
Easy. Friendly, quick and professional. Appreciated the process. The interviewer was very respectful and listened well. I enjoyed the process. Enterprise was a great company. I thought the application process was also very straight forward, no regrets.

Question 1
Experience? Job Skills? Personability? Teamwork preferences. Experience with service and sales.
Phone interview. General Interview questions. Nothing too crazy. Interviewer was a recruiter and described the role/details well so it was just the standard 1st phone screen interview with a recruiter.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in June 2018
Interview
Initial Pre screen phone call followed by a lengthier assessment based phone call the following week. The next steps were to be an in person interview with the sales manager then a sales presentation and after that an offer.
