I first had a phone screening call, then face to face interview in head office. Then i progressed to an in branch observation with the branch manager where I was interviewed again.

very easy and laid back, asked about 5 questions, not difficult at all. the person doing my interview was super nice and made the interviewing process a lot less stressful and nerve racking.
