      Management Trainee Interview

      3 Feb 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility

      Interview

1st interview-Call from recruiter. Easy interview with a young professional HR recruiter. 2nd Interview-face to face interview with young professional HR recruiter. Easy interview, ask's the same questions as the first. Wants you to "be yourself" then tells you what to say and what to expect at the next interview. This person is good at pitching the company so ask what you really want to know. Shadowing experience at office- takes place immediately before the 3rd interview. You talk to employees and you need to ask a lot of questions. Hopefully there will be at least 1 person there if they are not gone to pick up a customer. 3rd Interview- Regional Area Director interview. Wants to know about the company, that you researched it and asked who started it and such. The guy I interviewed with tried to be intimidating and put words in your mouth. Wanted you to second guess yourself and would not let you use any notes you may have prepared for the interview. Asked things liked "what was your highest achievement not counting graduation? List 4 words to describe you. If you had to pick hiring or training what would be the ratio?" and had some sales focused questions 4th interview- with the RVP. The guy that interviewed me seemed rushed and bored. He asked the same things the others did and gave out the same information the others did. He wanted to know what you picked Enterprise and why you switched from what your degree is.

      Interview

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

      Interview

It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
