I applied online and after passing an online personality test, I received a call a few days later from a recruiter. The recruiter just asked basic questions and scheduled a one on one interview. The one on one interview went well since they scheduled me for a second interview. They asked basic customer service skills questions. Give me an example of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me an experience when you had to deal with an angry customer and how did you handle it.
