Very detailed oriented. They are not looking for a certain quantity of people but quality people. They warn you on the long hours and how intense your first 7-12 months will be.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
