You go through a two step interview process. The first interview is with the head of human relations for your state (group) and my human relations interviewer was awesome and very, very nice! The next interview is with the area manager of which the area you want to work in. Before you actually get the interview with your desired area manager you observe the office for an hour. During that hour you literally just stand around in the back office area and watch the employees work and ask them questions.

You will be asked to attend a series of interviews with different level managers and then finally with the manager which you would be working for. All of the interviews conducted will be exactly the same and ask the exact same questions.
