I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2023
Interview
The HR was not respectful in the interview as she never made eye-contacts with you and even did not call my name from the beginning. She was acting like a robot, kept looking at her screen and just asked the drafted questions on the screen. The feeling was terrible. She was not interested in anything about your experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions are behavioral questions regarding customer service and leadership. How would you handle difficult customers? How do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
