It was several rounds of interviews and very basic questions. I was supposed to have 3 rounds, but they combined the 2-3 and offered me the job on the spot.

They sent two different links for my interview. The interviewer was kinda pompous and acted like she didn't want to be there. She also asked personal questions about my current job runs commission which felt unprofessional.

They got an excellent corporate structure and they know it. They’re looking for people with their head on straight because they give you the tools to be your own boss.
