Interview
After initially phone/zoom meeting, they bring you in the applied location for the in person interview. You’re toured around by lower management of the location who then describes the job responsibilities in detail. After you sit down with the gm of the locator the final stage of the interview.

Name an experience where you messed up or something went wrong on your accord and how did you handle it?
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
