I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Spectrum (Denver, CO) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online, one phone interview and one in person interview. Both were fairly straight forward. On the phone portion, she asked about my over all resume, skills, and relevant class work that I had taken. Then in person interview was more geared to the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Spectrum (Columbus, OH) in June 2017
Interview
I was in a room with current directors (peer interview) and human resources. They each asked a variety of questions but all seemingly had a specific direction they wanted to go with the interview. It felt very canned and there was little room for real discussion or answering "outside the box"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is one thing you have uncovered in your experience that was like a "pot of gold" that you were able to use to improve something? That one thing that made the difference!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Enterprise Spectrum (Dallas, TX) in June 2017
Interview
it was a phone call and the interviewer didn't indicate what position they were calling about. Once I realized we were looking at 2 different jobs I asked questions and they seemed irritated that I asked about the culture, team and specifics on the position. Also, she asked questions about my past salary and when I asked about the salary for the position she didn't respond and moved on to other things.
